1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Oblepihovaya-Kilika ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Oblepihovaya-Kilika provides professional architectural services including but not limited to:

  • Residential and commercial architectural design
  • Sustainable design solutions
  • Planning and consultation services
  • Project management and construction oversight

3. Professional Standards

All architectural services are provided in accordance with:

  • Canadian building codes and regulations
  • Professional architectural standards
  • Provincial and municipal requirements
  • Industry best practices

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete project information
  • Obtain necessary permits and approvals
  • Make timely payments as agreed in service contracts
  • Communicate changes or concerns promptly
  • Provide site access as required for project completion

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are established in individual service agreements and may include:

  • Initial consultation fees
  • Project milestone payments
  • Final payment upon project completion
  • Late payment penalties as applicable

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, and architectural plans created by Oblepihovaya-Kilika remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients receive usage rights for the specific project as outlined in the service agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Oblepihovaya-Kilika's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Construction defects not related to our design
  • Delays caused by regulatory approval processes
  • Changes in building codes after design completion

8. Project Changes and Modifications

Changes to approved designs may result in additional fees and timeline adjustments. All modifications must be approved in writing by both parties.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. In case of termination:

  • Payment is due for work completed to date
  • All project materials must be returned
  • Confidentiality obligations continue

10. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and project details. This confidentiality extends beyond the completion of services.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through:

  • Direct negotiation between parties
  • Mediation if negotiation fails
  • Arbitration under Ontario law if required

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Ontario courts.

13. Website Use

Use of our website is subject to these terms. Prohibited activities include:

  • Unauthorized use of copyrighted content
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Transmitting harmful or malicious code
  • Using our content for commercial purposes without permission
